The staff is always on hand to meet patients' needs. Nothing is too much or too hard. I was taken/accompanied to the shop to purchase essentials.I was offered those that I couldn't purchase. On someone living alone. The food was specially combined for me as a vegetarian who required non-cooked food. with great care: fruit, veg.

The nurses were very kind and respectful. I would have liked to discuss how my op went and answer after op questions.

I was told what would (or might) happen to me. Someone was always on hand to answer a call. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A minor point, I suppose, but brown bread would be nice and more healthy.

The promptness of nursing staff - their friendliness - reassurance and care - in all departments I was made to feel they cared about me. A smile goes a long way. Thank you. The only thing that could be improved is that patients are shown the mobile phone poster and requested to keep calls as short as possible.
